Important Terms & Conditions Reservations require a minimum of 45 days advance booking prior to travel. Resort accommodations are for up to four total guests, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years of age. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to redeem and book the reservation. Travel is subject to resort and date availability. Peak travel seasons, holidays, and special events may have limited or no availability. No specific resort or destination is guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed. Available destinations include participating resorts in: Waikiki, Oahu Ka'anapali, Maui Arrivals are available Sunday through Tuesday. Arrivals on other days may incur additional charges. Winners have 6 months from the purchase date to activate their travel certificate. After activation, travelers have 12 months to complete their reservation and travel. One voucher/activation per household within a 12-month period. No group bookings permitted. U.S. citizens do not need a passport for travel to Hawaii. Travelers are responsible for all applicable local taxes, fees, and charges collected by the resort at check-in or check-out. Room upgrades and optional enhancements may be available for an additional charge. Any upgrades, optional purchases, or add-ons are non-refundable.

Redemption & Booking Process After the auction concludes, the winning bidder will receive a redemption certificate containing complete activation instructions and all applicable terms and conditions. Once the certificate has been registered: A welcome email will be sent to begin the booking process. Within 1–2 business days, travelers will receive an additional email with instructions to complete their reservation. Reservations are completed through an easy-to-use online booking portal where travelers can: Select their preferred travel date range Browse available participating resorts Choose the resort that best fits their vacation plans Reservations should be made at least 45 days before travel. One booking modification or cancellation is permitted at no additional fee. Travelers may also contact the reservation center directly by phone with questions or for assistance during the booking process.
