What's Not Included The successful bidder is responsible for: Transportation to and from Amarillo, Texas Travel, meals, and lodging before, during, and after the hunt Guide and staff gratuities Taxidermy services Texas Preserve Hunting License Weather-appropriate clothing Shotgun and ammunition Optional Rentals & Purchases Shotgun rental: $50 per person, per day Ammunition: Approximately $30 per box if purchased through the hunting provider (or hunters may purchase ammunition locally)

Important Information Contact the hunting provider within 120 days of purchase to begin scheduling your hunt. Hunt certificate is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Hunting season generally runs from late October through early February. Additional birds, hunters, and hunting days may be added directly through the hunting provider. Hunters are welcome to bring their own bird dog with prior approval. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled hunt are subject to a $500 rebooking fee.
